My approach to development is simple, I believe everyone has the capability to succeed, however it is sometimes the interference that prohibits our success. Quoting Tim Gallwey, author of the Inner Games series, “Performance = potential – interference”.

By working together, I can support you to reach your full potential by removing the interference that is stopping you reach your full potential.

My coaching approach is that of client centred facilitation where we work on the client which helps them then deal with their challenges.

This approach is derived from the work of the American psychologist Carl Rogers where congruence, empathy and unconditional positive regard are the foundation of a coach, client relationship.
