Whatever your goal, my goal is to ensure you achieve this. I am 100% committed to your success, and I never let my clients shortchange themselves.
Are you looking to:
* Gain clarity about your personal strengths, your resources and the values that drive you
* Identify meaningful goals to achieve the changes you need
* Overcome the challenges of Impostor Syndrome
* Create strategies to achieve lasting transformation (that go way beyond the coaching period)
* Develop your skills as an effective, inspirational leader (of others and yourself)
* Value and better use your time
* Boost your confidence and motivation to pursue your goals
* Enhance your communication skills to achieve change
* Develop resilience to maintain and build on your success?
All great coaching involves trust and a deep sense of partnership. I commit totally to developing that all-important relationship, so you can get what you want and need from our work together.
My clients describe me as warm, friendly, very down-to-earth and easy to open up to. I am on your side, but my approach is also robust, sometimes challenging- and always highly supportive. Your success is my success, and I am deeply invested in helping you build the confidence to pursue your goals.
I draw on a lifetime of working in the field of Communications, Confidence-Building and Managing Conflict. I have 20 years experience as a trained coach.
I work with clients from around the Globe, including from industry, finance, medicine, sales and marketing, entertainment, the public sector, and not-for-profit organisations. My clients range from new managers to people in C-suite roles, and I also support entrepreneurs, artists, writers and clients applying for new roles. I also do some relationship coaching.
Many of my highly-performing clients identify as having Impostor Syndrome, and I am one of the first certified IS Coach Practitioners in the UK.
A number of my clients are neurodiverse and I have personal and professional knowledge of supporting people with ADHD and ASD.
I am trained in, and have worked in, the field of DEI, and with clients from many cultures, backgrounds and communities. I operate in ways that are sensitive to individual needs and the impact of discrimination in society and the workplace.
